How PayTrack works

PayTrack is for when you already have a work schedule app, and you still want one clear place for your hours and pay. You link that work agenda to Henkq. Your shifts show up on the calendar. Henkq adds up the hours and estimates your pay with the rates you enter. Handy if you want to know where you stand before the official payslip arrives.

Why PayTrack is handy

Many people already use a schedule app from work. That app shows when you work, but it often does not show how many hours you built up or what that means for your pay. PayTrack fills that gap inside Henkq.

After you link the work agenda, you keep one calendar for home and work. You can open the month and see how many hours you have. With your own rates, you also see a rough pay total. That helps when you want to plan or double check a payslip later.

PayTrack is not official payroll. It does not calculate tax. It is a clear overview so you know your hours and estimated pay yourself.

How to do it
  1. 1

Get the link from your work schedule app

Open the app where your work shifts live. Look for share calendar, export, or subscribe. Copy the link. It usually starts with https or webcal.

  2. 2

    Open PayTrack in Henkq

On iPhone open Calendar and then the folders. On iPad or Mac open the Calendar sidebar. Tap Add Business Agenda.

  3. 3

Paste the link and link your work agenda

Paste the link into Paste calendar link and confirm. Your work shifts should appear on the Henkq calendar next to your normal appointments and reminders.

  4. 4

Enter rates and check hours and pay

Open the work agenda you added. Enter your hourly rate, evening and night extras, travel if needed, and break time. Then open Payslip or this month. There you see total hours and estimated gross pay for the period.
